E-learning using Flash

In our company we have an software that can save applications (MS Word, IE,
Mozilla etc). The saved data are stored as images and xml that describes their
attributes (tooltip, location etc).

Now we use our import tool called LNG that can import this images and xml into
Macromedia Director. It builds the whole score, loads all images into casts, i
automatically adds behavior to objects according to xml definition. It works
perfekt. We save 80% percent of time using this tools. Naturally it is
necessary to check the result and make some adjustments (for example add areas
with different cursors, adjust right font to fields etc.)...

I am a Flash beginner. But i heart it is not possible to generate score
dynamically in Flash like in Director is possible. We wanna make our e-learning
courses in Flash instead of Director.
