E-mail Based Review doesn't recognize Thunderbird
Acrobat (7.0.8) "can't communicate" with my preferred e-mail client (Mozilla Thunderbird) when I use the "send by e-mail for review" command, even though Thunderbird is one of the menu choices in the Default Email Reader menu in the Apple Mail preferences. Is there any way to get Acrobat to recognize Thunderbird? I currently have to switch my default email reader back to Mail in order to use the automated Send by Email for Review function in Acrobat. I'd prefer to be able to use Thunderbird.

Re: E-mail Based Review doesn't recognize Thunderbird
Mail and Entourage are the only supported email clients.

Are there any plans to make other email clients compatible with the Email Review process?

Hmm wonder why they don't choose to support Thunderbird or Mozilla/Seamonkey?

Marketshare + testing resources needed = not worth the effort.

Re: E-mail Based Review doesn't recognize Thunderbird
Actually because of all the problems with bugs and stuff Thunderbird/Firefox is begining to surpass MS products. They are actually more secure. Also on the Bowser part of things FireFox is almost 100% W3C Compatible while IE is not they are 60 percent at best.
Adobe's just been brainwashed just like everyone else. As for email Thunderbird follows 100 percent to Unix Mbox specifications just like all email is supposed to.

We don't support IE either. Then again, neither does Microsoft.

Re: E-mail Based Review doesn't recognize Thunderbird
I was refering to support for internet standards be it Mail Reader or Be it Web browser. ;-)
Its wonder you didn't wink when you said we don't support IE and neither does Microsoft. How telling.
On Mac IE has been dead for years. but in order to ensure its continued use on PC the Next Wondows enviroment won't work if its removed. ;-) How sad that any company is so insecure that it will not allow the use of an email client or any web Browser, from any vendor. :-(
