Help!!
I am trying to paste some simple vector drawing from one document to another document all in illustrator but nothing shows in the new document
after i press paste.What can be the problem

Are the the same color space (ie both cmyk?)
Does this happen when you do edit/paste as well as Ctrl-V?
Does this happen when you drag the item from one document to another?
