'Edit Image' not working with Intel mac

We run a studio with various macintosh's. Our latest mac, a Quad has been set up by transferring user info from a G4. When control clicking an image using the advanced editing tool it no longer boots photoshop, all other macs are ok, I figure this is an Intel issue although Abobe as far as I know say there are no issues apart from performance with the CS suite.
Any help appreciated.

I have the same problem on my Intel Mac Mini. It just doesn't seem to even attempt to open Photoshop or any other program I tell it to use. It seems like the "Edit Image" option simply doesn't work on Intel Macs. I have mine updated to version 7.0.8.

Upgrade to Acrobat 8 - that's Intel savvy ....
