edit mode loses css styles
When I browe the site in Contribute it's fine to navigate to a page. But when
I click on Edit the style sheet is lost and it shows the unstyled editable
regions. I like this but the editors do not. The style returns on
publication. How can I ensure that the css styles are shown in Edit mode?

Re: edit mode loses css styles
Depends on what version you have. V3 drops some of the more advanced
styles. I beleive v4 now renders css correctly like DM8. Well i hope so
as we have the same problem and had to use TABLES aahhhh to get round
the problem. Hope that helps M

Re: edit mode loses css styles
I have the same problem.
I've got a site with 10 templates all with the same CSS. First everything was
OK with all pages under every template, but then suddenly one part of the site
lost it's CSS in the edit mode. I've inspected the template line by line but
can not configure why CSS stopped render in edit mode.
Site is in a W2K3 server, Contribute 3.11 used.
I've tried with C4 trial also, same problem with it too.
In Dreamweaver 8 the CSS is ok in editing.

Re: edit mode loses css styles
I have recently experienced the same problem on one install (mine.)
Other Contribute users on the same site (and same pages!) have no
problems. My Contribute 4 trial also has no problems (on another machine.)
I'm going to try re-installing at some point. Just have to find the
disks again.
