Default Edit > Transform > Scale ...HELP !

Hi all, is there a way to LOCK the proportions of the image that I want to scale when using Edit > Transform > Scale ? In other words, is it possible to reduce/increase the image size using transform (instead of Help > Resize Image ..bla bla bla)??? Thank You.

Or just type the desired width in the transform diologue box. If you press CTRL ENTER it will scale uniformly.
