Just redesiged a site with Dreamweaver MX. The site formerly used tables, now
css. Working great in Dreamwweaver.
However, when my user tries to edit a page in Contribute, the editable region
pops up _behind_ the region that had
been locked in the site's template, so she cannot get at it.

Here are two sample pages:

If it means anything, the locked region has a number of Dreamweaver layers,
and also a relatively positioned div to
push down the editable content area below the locked area at the top of each
page.

Currently using Contribute 2. Patched to 2.01 -- did not help. Would
upgrading to Contribute 3 help?
