It depends on whether or not the "form" has form fields on it or not.

Can you provide a link to it or email a copy?

We could spend 10 posts going back and forth trying to figure out if it is a raster image vs. actual text and whether or not it had form fields, but if you can do either of the things I mentioned, it will save tons of time.

I am currently trying to register a business name and the form they (Victorian Consumer Affairs Melbourne Australia)sent me via email is in PDF format... I am quite a novice in this particular field and wondered if perhaps an add-in was available to enable me to fill in the details and send straight back to them... Excuse my ignorance folks... however I do need help... Peter Scurrah Melbourne Australia

    Default Editing Forms

I am in the middle of the trial version of Contribute 3 and I am unable to edit
forms that were previously done in Microsoft Frontpage. The error message I
get is 'You cannot perform this action in this region of the page' .
Macromedia support did not answer my problem they just referred me to this
discussion site. However they did say that form editing is permissable in the
    trial version.

Can anybody advise what I need to do.
