Default Editing Pages

Why is it that when i edit the page, there are some elements in the style sheet
that are not being applied
I have a div which is a footer in a layer that is place to go at the bottom
of the page. when i browse inside Contribute, the footer is indeed at the
bottom, but once the page is in edit mode, the page seems to be placed in it's
layer above all the other element, right in the middle of the page. This covers
elemnts inside the content page area and causes some grief to the editors. Does
anyone know why these styles are not being applied when in edit mode, or can
anyone tell me what does happen when the page goes to edit mode. Thank you.

Default Re: Editing Pages

I have had this problem before, but solved it by changing the CSS so it also
displays nicely in Edit mode.
I'm not sure if these CSS problems are program errors, or just the way CSS is
implemented in Contribute.
According to responses from Adobe it's most likely to be the way it's
implemented.

What do you mean by the source of my CSS or HTML. U mean my url. It's for my
corporate website, www.interdoc.com. It is my footer that is placed on a layer
that gets pushed at the bottom of the page. Only when i am in edit mode, the
layer sits right in the middle of the page over other content. Thanks
