Editing (Weird Characters and Stylesheet issues)
I have a client who is using Contribute 2. One certain pages, when in edit
mode, ALL of the text characters turn into weird ACII characters and the text
on the page is unreadable.
On another page, when you go into edit mode the text font goes to Times New
Roman and none of the stylesheet options are available. I have compared the
HTML on these pages to pages that are functioning correctly and there are no
major differences.
Other than upgrading their version is there anything that can be done about
this? I called support and couldn't even talk to anyone without having a serial
number (which I don't have access to).
