Edits using Contribute 3.0
I'm using Contribute 3.0. Trying to edit areas in the footer of my site,
specifically store hours.
I can make changes on the home page without any trouble. I can't make changes
to the same area on interior pages. I was told by a designer it is div layer
problem. I don't know what a div layer is. Can anyone help?

Are you able to view the source code? What is the URL? It may also be a library item which is a fixed element that is inserted into your website.
