Educational Requirements for Web designers or developers
I have a general question for web people out there in the internet world. If
you were going to hire a new web designer, web developer for a position in your
company would you prefer that individual you hire to have:
1) BA - Degree
2) Assoc. - Degree
3) Certification only

your prowess.
Don't have experience? Early on in my career, I had to find a company to get
started with, so I found someone with a particularly shitty website that was
looking for a web developer, and then I just redid their site. Not the whole
thing, just the general design and a couple example links. Got hired less
than an hour after I sent them my work. They didn't even take my details
(education, etc.) until I started working there. Did the same thing with the
next company I worked for. Can't say it worked for everybody, because I only
tried it twice with 100% success rate.
