email link problem
Hi,
I put a customers manual on a cd for them, besides the TOC links, he has a few links to different pages on his web site. Everything works fine on every computer and platform I tried it on (mac os9, osX & pc xp, 2000, & 98). When the customer tries to click on a web link he gets a message "the d drive is full and the file could not be downloaded" and it never loads the page. He tried it on a few computers with the same result. I checked his website and noticed that its downloading a cookie to my hard drive. Could the cookie me trying to download onto his cd drive? Or is their something else happening here that I'm just not seeing.
Thanks for any help.
