email xtra - Macromedia Director Lingo

Is there a way that Director can send an email from the users computer, without launching the user's default email editer. I have the user enter some information and would like to send this info over the internet via lingo only, without just having Director send the info to an empty email message like some Xtras do. Is this possable? Thanks, Shane...

Default Re: email xtra

http://www.directxtras.com/ is the most complete AFAIK, but you can also
check at http://www.updatestage.com/products.html to see if there are more.
However, you could alse write a serverside script (like php, asp, cf
etc) that you call with getNettext() or postnettext() and which stores
it in a database. This option requires more maintainance probably.
