Emailing from Dreamweaver

I am currently formatting an email announcment in Dreamweaver then opening in
Frontpage and using the send to function to email the page. I need to make this
more efficient.

Does anyone know how to send an email from Dreamweaver? Is there a plug in
that I need to download.
