Embedded Form Question - Macromedia Dreamweaver

Id like to allow users to click a link that opens a PDF form to allow them to print. I know this is a newbie question, but not sure how to go about this....

    Id like to allow users to click a link that opens a PDF form to allow them to print.

    I know this is a newbie question, but not sure how to go about this.

    Link to the PDF as you link to any html page. The rest is out of your
    control: If the users has e.g. Acrobat plug-in and set to open in the
    browser, it will. If the users don't have the plug-in, or set the
    browser NOT to handle the file, it'll download.
