enable/disable form elements - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I have a small form with only a few different elements on it. It is not accessible via the web, so I will lay it out for you. There are 3 radio buttons. (ALL, Year(s), and Custom) "ALL" is the default. I need the 4 checkboxes underneath "Year(s) to be disabled unless the "Year(s)" radio button is checked. The same goes for the "Custom" radio button. Whichever radio button is selected, the other radio buttons' children are disabled. This is a search feature in an internal web app. Any help would be greatful. Thank you. o ALL o Year(s) cb ...

When the user clicks "all", what do you want to display?

All is actually a selection, no subselections for it.
