Default Enable User Rights in Adobe: how to always have that on?

I finally figured out why most PC users were not able to save any of the fields they filled out in my PDFs: I didn't know about the user rights feature.

Is there a way to always "Enable User Rights in Reader" to be turned on, so I don't have to remember to go the Advanced menu and select "Enable User Rights In Acrobat Reader" ?

    Many thanks!

In Acrobat 8 Professional or Acrobat 9 Pro, if you always use the Forms > Distribute Forms feature, Enable User Rights for Reader should be turned on by default.

Otherwise, you'll need to remember it.

Got it, Steve. Thanks for this answer. I've actually never done anything with the Distribute Forms feature. I'll start learning it and figuring out how to add a Submit button, etc.

    thanks again!
