"Enclosure" grayed out

I have a client using Contribute, she wants to insert audio clips onto an html
page. All of the other "INSERT" options are showing up. Flash, Video, PDF, but
the ENCLOSURES option - the one I need to insert audio with - is grayed out.
Administrator is set up to have total access to all files.
Any ideas?

Enclosures and Trackbacks options will be disabled for website. You can insert enclosures in entries of blogs not in html pages of websites.

i was afraid of that :brokenheart;
i don't want the audio on a blog page tho.
don't get why i can insert Flash, but not an audio file.
dang it.
