END OF ADOBE PRODUCTS
First I am an Adobe shareholder for over 10 years. Now I am really PO'd with
the Shockwave 11 errors using Vista. All Adobe products have been removed from
my hard drive and will not be reinstalled until Adobe fixes the 'Emulator2' and
'Xtras' folder bullcrap that is affecting thousands of users. Adobe bagged me
when I emailed them with the problem, case closed. Yeah right, we'll see about
that. I am going to get a human being from Adobe and demand action as an Adobe
shareholder. Or I'll keep calling the CEO's office until they notify the
person(s) who can fix this.

Re: END OF ADOBE PRODUCTS
I am a developer for shockwave.com, and I am shocked how Adobe have handled
the new version changes. Breaking old, and current content, and a stunningly
awful install experience, especially on XP I really wonder what the future
holds.
Good luck with your fight to get someone to take notice.

Re: END OF ADOBE PRODUCTS
Is the "Emulator2" xtra you cite an Adobe product, or a 3rd-party xtra?
If it's a 3rd party product, you should pressure them to update it for
D11 with the new XDK if it doesn't work in SW11.

I can't believe Adobe would let more than a month go by and not give
a SHIT that their Shockwave 11 update is not working for MOST Vista
and XP users. The support page is total crap because I have done EVERYTHING
that it asks... TWICE. If Shockwave 10 can work with my firewall and anti-virus
program then 11 should do the same. They THOUGHT they could do something different
this time to accomodate MAC users but it's TOTALLY FUCKING us PC users up.
My Flash is still working (thank God) and Shockwave 11 is working in my Firefox browser,
but give them time and soon they'll FUCK that up too.
