entering text in perl/tk - PERL Beginners

Hi All, I would like to know what widget I should use in order to allow the user to enter the text ( may be several lines ) in it and store that entered text in a file in Perl/Tk? I tried with Text Widgets, but failed. Any help would be appreciated. TIA Guruguhan...

    Hi Raj,
I don't have the Active State perl widget.bat. If I don't have this what else can be the option?
