EPS and SVG exported from InDesign can't be imported into Word Perfect
I have InDesign 3.0 (CS) with Windows XP Professional. Am trying to import either an EPS or SVG file created in InDesign into a WordPerfect document (for a client to use). The client's Word Perfect WILL accept EPS files exported from other applications (Photoshop, for example) but NOT exported from InDesign. Have checked and the client does have the appropriate filters installed in Word Perfect. Importing the EPS created in InDesign, it causes an error message "Unknown error in third party conversion DLL".
Any ideas if there is some incompatibility between InDesign EPS files and Word Perfect (version 11)? Any ideas on how I can export this layout (a letterhead with text, some simple graphics and a bitmap logo) to overcome the obstacles?
Thanks.

Re: EPS and SVG exported from InDesign can't be imported into Word Perfect
Export as PDF from InDesign and then export the PDF in Acrobat (not Reader)
to EPS, this may work better to surpass the defective (a little bit, so it
seems) import filter of WordPerfect.

Well, it sounded like a good idea; but it didn't work. Any other thoughts?
Thanks!

Re: EPS and SVG exported from InDesign can't be imported into Word Perfect
It looks like WordPerfect is accepting bitmapped EPS files from Photoshop, but not vector EPS files. You may have to rasterize the PDF from InDesign in Photoshop, unfortunately.
