Error accessing the OLE registry.

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can shed some light on a radical error I
am getting.

I am using windows XP Corp Edition with IIS 5.1 as a dev
server.

Depending on the mood of the Dev server websites will work
fine and other time I receive the error below.

Error Type:
error '8002801c'
Error accessing the OLE registry.

/iisHelp/common/500-100.asp, line 154
-----------------------------------

I know this is not a scripting problem due to all the
websites worked fine with zero errors and when I receive
this error if I goto [url]http://localhost//iisHelp/common/500-[/url]
100.asp This page generates errors also.

Does any one know what the problem is or of something I
may have done wrong in the setup of the dev server.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
