error code 10060

I have an error apear every 2min.
And it is say's :
APP_BK_048
Connection timed out (Error #10060)
How can i found what is it and how can I remove it?

This is a result of the SoBig virus. Follow the link below to for the

There also is file named cgtask.exe. Search the registry for the key
and delete it and delete the file from the hard drive.
