hi...

i have a background picture on my website (CSS fix scrolled) ... now with
opening the site in IE i got problems with refresh of the contents... opening a
page (with the background) in a frame will not displayed correct, but when i
move the cursos across the site then the error will fix . . .

what can i do about it . .
