Error I received this morning... - FreeBSD

Can anyone tell me what this means? I have been running my server for several months and no problems.     Default Error I received this morning...

    Can anyone tell me what this means? I have been running my server for
    several months and no problems.

    I just go this error.What do I need to fix it?

    This usually indicates a dying disk. Replace it.
