Error Installing Coldfusion MX7
Hi I hope that someone can help me out with this problem.
I am going through the install of CF M7 and I am successfully until the last
step when I get an error that reads :
You have successfully completed the first step in installing $PRODUCT_NAME$
However, the coldfusion service does not appear to be running, the web server
connectors did not install successfully, and the web server and/or website
cannot be reached on port 80 ...

I have tested accessing test pages using IIS on ports 80, 2901, 51010 and all
were successful.
Any help with this problem would be GREATLY appreciated.

to follow up on the inital posting.
I am installing from a cd sent from Macromedia.
OS: 2003 server standard
[url]http://localhost:8500/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm[/url] results in a page not
found.
IIS is running. and has been successully tested
