ERROR: "memory fault - core dumped" - SCO

Hello, I have an SCO Unix 5.0.5, Pentium II with 128MB of memory and a 20GB hard disk with enough room on it. There's a system developed in Basic on console mode, not GUI, running on the SCO Unix. When I run the system and then break it (pressing the DEL key) it appears the message: "memory fault - core dumped" and the system hangs out. How can I fix this memory problem? Thanks in advanced...

It's not a memory problem. It's a fault in the Basic program
    itself, not in your hardware.
