    Thanks for the comments. The OS in question is Win 2k, 5.00.2195 service pack 3 (I should have known to include in original description)

    Still working on problem...

    Mark, we are still missing one vital ingredient - the version of Acrobat!

    If you are using Acrobat 4 then forget about it.

    If you are using Acrobat 5 then try this document.
