Error Message - no file produced
Our company has to pull together a "resource" booklet once a quarter. We create the booklet in Quark Xpress (6.5) and then pull in pdf files of the all of the items that are available for our sales force. Most of these pdf files are created on the mac in QuarkXpress, however there are a couple of pdf documents that are created on the pc in MS Word. After we get all of the pdf files in the Quark document, we then create another pdf file of the entire booklet. We have done this many times with no problems. This month as we were revising the document, we have a couple of pdf files that give us an error message. They are just plain word documents created on a pc. I created them myself, so the process is the same (same job options, embedding fonts, etc.). I am getting two messages. The first is in Quark and reads like this:
"some eps/pdf pictures in this document use screen fonts not available in your system......."
The second is a log that lets me know that the pdf file was flushed and no file was produced. It starts out like this:
Processing prologue.ps...
Done processing prologue.ps.
%%[ Error: invalidaccess; OffendingCommand:
Does anyone know what these messages are about?
Thanks

Re: Error Message - no file produced
You might want to ensure that you have the fonts which are in the Word
PDFs loaded - go FILE/DOCUMENT PROPERTIES/FONTS
