Error when inserting record

When trying to use the server behavior "Insert Record" I get the following
error message:

While executing onLOad in Insert Record.htm, the following JavaScript error(s)
occurred:
At line 914 of the file "c:\Progra files\Macromedia\reamweaver MX
2004\Configuration\ServerBehaviors\Shared\EditOper ations.Js":
TypeEror: tagList[j].type has no properties

Any ideas on what may be the cause of the problem??

looks like ur Dreamweaver could do with being re-installed.
