Error When Publishing
I get an error about:
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application
Data\Macromedia\Contribute 3\Sites\Site 1\filename
containing invalid path.
Then a message:
Contribute
An unknown error occured in the Contribute file state manager.
I've created a new page from a template and tried to upload that. Didn't work.
I've re-setup the site, and re-installed contribute all to no avail.
Any ideas?

Re: Error When Publishing
Hi Paulwill,
Is the path shown C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application
Data\Macromedia\Contribute 3\Sites\Site 1\filename or C:\Documents and
Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Macromedia\Contribute
3\Sites\Site1\filename.
There should not be any space between Site and 1.
Can you please try uninstalling Contribute and deleting that Contribute 3
folder from C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application
Data\Macromedia directory. Install the Contribute once again and try creating a
new page from a template.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
Thanks,
Manoj Gupta

Re: Error When Publishing
The path is includes Site1.
I have tried removing contribute, deleting the folder and re-installing. Still
the same error. I can publish to other folders just not one is particular, the
one place i want the file to go!

Re: Error When Publishing
Also, when i look at C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Files etc, nothing exists below the \Sites\ folder, is this the problem? should I manually create the rest of the structure?
