    Default Ethernet card in LC475

Well, I've got one installed, and the little green light is flashing
on and off, but the computer itself doesn't seem to recognise that it
exists. Is there a driver or something I need to install with this?
(And yes, MacTCP is configured correctly for the network connection
in question.) Installed OS is 7.5.5.

I have AppleTalk active on the printer port. I thought that wouldn't
interfere given that the ethernet card is in the accessory slot? I
did select Ethernet rather than AppleTalk in the MacTCP panel. Any
    other ideas?
