Eudora Plugin Question
Just installed Eudora 6b31 - running it under OSX2.6.
When I send email from pacbell addy using my yahoo addy as the "From" addy - the
message I send still references my pacbell addy in the "Received" portion of the
full header.
I have plugin Kill X-Sender and Andrew's Header Hider and thought one or both of
these would prevent the addy from displaying but they haven't.
Is there some other Eudora plugin I can use so my pacbell addy doesn't show up
in the full headers?
I mostly use Yahoo email, but prefer to send email from Eudora via my ISP rather
than using web based Yahoo email and do not want pacbell addy referenced.
Thanks...

Hello LadyMacUser...
I assume "addy" is "address" as someuser@domain.com
The "Received" header is probably added by pacbell's SMTP server, not by
Eudora. Therefore, you may not be able to do anything about it.
You can take some slight comfort though... Most email recipients won't
look at the msg headers like "Received:"

Re: Eudora Plugin Question
Thanks for the response and confirmation the plugins I'm using will not remove
this info from the complete header.
I'm not so much worried about intended recepients...but those who may eventually
get header if people forward without removing complete headers...because
somewhere along the line, odds are it'll end up in some spammers possession.
As I often find...most people tend to just 'forward' instead of being more
respectful of privacy of other people's email addresses and removing all traces
of addresses before they send the email to others.
One of my main net-peeves! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Well, then you're probably in luck, ladyMacUser/MovieFan...
In the mail programs I use (Pine and Eudora), forwarding a message drops
all of the headers except the most basic ones.

Is the OSA plug-in still available? Kalypso has gone 404.*
Also, does Eudora for OS X's Scripts menu make it obsolete in OS X?
thanks,
