Everything I changed is gone
:|I downloaded the trial version of Contribute, made a lot of changes - the
site had gone up without the coder doing spell check! Worked for hours. Came in
this morning - everything was gone. Tried to call. Was told that the only way
I could speak to someone was if I bought the program. I am furious. We
advertised that the site is up once I made all the changes and now today people
will see it and I will look like a fool. The fact that I cannot speak with
someone is infuriating!

Re: Everything I changed is gone
Barbara, I feel your pain. You get two free incidents with your purchase. The
link below will take you to the contact form. It takes a day or to before they
get back to you, but they will stick with you until the issue is resolved. For
now a couple of questions.
1. Has the trial expired.
2. What exactly do mean that everything was gone.
3. Can you connect to the site thru Contribute.

Hope this helps.

Re: Everything I changed is gone
No company provides support for Trial versions of their software. A
privilege of purchasing the software is getting support for it.
I understand you doing hours of work and it seemingly disappearing but I
cannot understand being upset with Macromedia.
Can you provide some more facts?
What does this mean? Can you elaborate?> :|I downloaded the trial version of Contribute, made a lot of changes -

It's unlikely to be a problem with the software.
