example for a point based collision detection - Macromedia Director 3D

hi group, this example uses a very simple point based collision detection, wich uses "distanceTo" and the "worldposition" of the models to calculate a impulse on the model if it is near anotherone. there is no havok, ray and collision detection. this will work only with spherical objects. the red thingies are controlled by a very early and simple ai script that i want to use in a gamelike thing i am woking on. its done with a small parentscript. in this example there are 35 red balls and it is working on my mashine very fast.
