Assuming *I* am understanding *you*, this doesn't work for me. The chart
appears on a gray background on a white page. If I click on the gray chart,
anchor points appear as you describe, but I can't drag them further than the
edge of the white page.

The window itself won't resize to any bigger than my monitor screen: it will
go smaller, but no larger.
