Excel X crashes with add-in - Mac Applications & Software

I have been using Office X with no problems for over a year. I have a file that requires me to use the Add-In "ysis Toolpack-VBA". Every time I try to use the Add-In on either my G4/933 or Titanium G4/800 the app crashes and quits. I have installed all updates. Any ideas? Thanks GC...

Well, this is certainly not universal behavior. I use Excel with the
ysis Toolpack successfully on my G4 DP 867. A couple of months ago
MS posted an update for Office X (10.1.5) that was supposed to address
various stability issues. Have you applied this? See the mactopia
    site.

    Thanks, John.

Yeah, I had already installed the 1.5 update.
I have Office 98 for OS 9 on a separate partition on both machines. The
file and Add-Ins work fine if I boot into 9 and use Office 98.
I tried saving the file from 98 and opening the saved file again with
Office X. When it first opens the file I see all the info on the sheet
but as soon as I click "Yes" or "No" to "update all linked information"
the information reverts to "#######" or "NAME?", etc. Too bad I don't
have $150 to spend on Microsoft tech support.
