Export to PDF > 45 inches
Hi All--
I'm trying to export a 68" x 36" document to PDF, and I'm getting an error that 45 inches is the max page size. According to this:
http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/1bee2.htm
the maximum size is 200 inches for Acrobat 4 and 5. FH MX doesn't have an Acrobat 5 compatiblity option, but Acrobat 4 should work. Any idea what's going on?

Re: Export to PDF > 45 inches
Best way is probably to print to Distiller with the full version of Adobe
Acrobat or to create a postscript file and then print that file to
Distiller. It sounds like you are trying to export to PDF from FH, and from
the logo on your gif it seems like Freehand MX. This has several
limitations. It seems that size is only one of them.
Giving us some information on your system and what version of FH willl help
other folks on this list help you. If you do not have the full version of
Acrobat you may consider acquiring it. I think that Adobe also has an online
PDF creating tool to which you can submit your postscript or EPS files. You
may want to give that a try to see if it works.

Does it really need to be that large? Why not make it smaller and just
output it larger when it gets printed?
Otherwise, I'd suggest running it through distiller instead of using
Freehands export option.
