Default Exporting a JPEG from Freehand

I frequently have to export files as jpegs from Freehand as this is the best
format for our printer to use (don't ask !).

However when I export the JPEG file, where I have text in the poster it cuts
off the very top of the text. It isn't always obvious that this is happening,
and I have got away with it up until now, but it is really starting to bug me
why this is happening. Has anyone else come across this, and if so, how did you
sort it ? It is especially obvious on 'rounded' fonts.

    Thanks,
    Al

COnverting the text to paths should help.

Try looking at the leading(line spacing) if the font size is smaller than the
value of the leading it will cut off a portion of the top of the text.

Try drawing a rectangle around the entire poster and make the height slightly
greater than the poster size, set the stroke and fill to none and group the
rectangle with the art work. When exporting select all and set the jpg export
options to export selected objects only.
