Exporting All Text

Is there a way to export all of the text in an entire InDeisgn document in one fell swoop? I know you can do it for each text box, but I have too many text boxes to do it for each of them. Perhaps by first converting to PDF and doing it in Acrobat or something?

The Indesign script examples has a script called "ExportAllStories.jsx" that I believe will do what you want.

Hi Kevin,

Jeffrey's suggestion is a good one--but if you want to export all of the text as a single file, you'll want to go get Rorohiko's text exporter--it's at <http://www.rorohiko.com>. The ExportAllStories script exports each story as a separate text file.

I'd still urge you to go check out the example scripts--some of them are kinda useful (though I'm biased--I wrote them).
