Default Exporting as html and image only

I'm new to Fireworks. . .I need much help. . .I created a webpage image with the header and everything. . .can I make this image a html or cfml document so I can have dynamic content displayed within table rows. . .

If that's confusing. . .I just want to know how what method is used on these websites with all the images and backgrounds with table(s) and text displayed within the image or on top of the image.

I can't recommend using FW for whole page design like that. A carefully
constructed component of the page built in FW, like a nav bar or disjoint
rollover, can work well when exported as HTML and images and then imported
    into your page though.

Whole page designs built in FW are just to restrictive. You'll end up with
an inflexible page that will be ultimately more trouble than one built in
Dreamweaver. It's perfectly fine to do a complete composition in Fireworks
(tons of people do that) but better to then slice the design and export to
your site and rebuild in Dreameaver.
