Exporting as PDF, Slug is well below the crop marks - Adobe Indesign Macintosh

When I export my IDCS2 file as a PDF with crop marks the slug gets bumped well below the lower crop marks causing the entire pdf to not be centered. This seems to happen to some files and not others. So I know it must be a setting I'm overlooking. I need the slug on the PDF as well as the over all PDF centered. Any thoughts? Thanks...

When you set up the doent did you actually set up a slug area? If so,
that will most certainly show up outside the crop marks.

When exporting, select the slug area to include it in the PDF.

    Thanks for the response.

Most of the files I work with are already created in IDCS2.

It looks as though the file if under 4.75" wide forces the slug below the crop marks and makes the PDF uncentered.

my example. business card size 3.5x2 with crops and slug. slug gets pushed down below the crops.

If I change the width to 4.75" or above the PDF stays centered and the slug rests nicely just to the right of the lower left crop mark.

This isn't a solution, I know, but atleast it seems to be layout size issue.
I wish I could post a picture of what I'm talking about it would be much easier to explain.

    Thanks again

    In a nutshell.....
If job page is less than 125mm wide, turn off page information.
