Exporting doent to an .eps; link images arent't embedded - Adobe Indesign Windows

Hello, We are creating a 56 page catalogue and are experiencing problems with out images. All images are linked correctly within the IDD; images have not been moved from their original directory so we are unsure as to why this is occurring. When exporting doent as a .eps; and bringing it into photoshop some images are missing..........we are scratching our heads over this and to be honest we have just converted to InDesign so we are still very new to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!...

I think that would happen if the images were marked non-printing. Did you check that? Was this a file which was opened from QuarkXPress? There is a known issue that some graphics opened from XPress come with the non-printing attribute. Have you printed out the page with the missing graphic?

And why are you bringing it into Photoshop anyway?

    Just converted?

I'm seconding Steve's suggestion. This is a known issue with some linked
EPS files in converted Quark doents.

You'll need to select them with the direct select tool (the white arrow)
and uncheck the non-printing attribute in the attributes palette.

I'll also second the question of why they're going into Photoshop. Even
with an archaic Quark workflow, this doesn't make any sense at all.
