Exporting elements on a document as an EPS.

Default Exporting elements on a document as an EPS.

When I create a document as an EPS, everything gets exported. Is it possible to export only selected elements of a document and not the whole thing? For example, using small graphics and text, I created a letterhead. I would like to export those specific elements as an EPS so it can be placed in other documents. Is this possible? If not directly possible, is there a workaround that anyone can think of? I thought of creating a document the size of the letterhead and adding the elements. An EPS the size of the document could be created but this seems awkward.

    Thank you for any help.
