You can save the email files by using the following free utility from MVP
Steve Cochran. It will allow you to extract all emails from any OE folder to
the location of your choice. Extract the files to a separate folder and then
burn that folder to a CD.
Download DBXtract.

Look at [url]http://ajsystems.com[/url] check out "Express assist"
This will not only backup your to disk e-mails but also
all of Outlook Express and your Favourites. It is simple
and fast,it is magic.They used to give a free utility
with it called "Quick tools" use to clean up a forward or
reply message same as this to take out all of the silly
stuff such as ^ - and the like Good luck.
