Exporting EPS Bar Codes to PDF - Macromedia Freehand

I have a huge repackaging project going on & I need to be able to save my Freehand MX files as PDF's (the printer requests a PDF & the freehand file for each package). But the EPS bar codes do not show up in the PDF's. But when I move the file to Illustrator and save as a PDF, Abracadabra, it shows up in the PDF. I am creating the bar codes using Bar Code Pro v6.0. I don't want to have to switch programs. Does anyone have a solution?:confused;...

If you are using PC, and the bar codes generated by your program are vector-based, go to

    http://www.jawspdf.com/download/index.html

and download Jaws PDF Creator evaluation version. You can drag-drop the EPS files onto JwasPDF to convert your bar codes into vector pdf files that import nicely into Freehand. With the evaluation version, there is watermark text over the image, but this is easily deleted once it is in Freehand.

I just checked and JawsPDF has a Mac version as well.

Thanks for the tip about JAWS PDF Creator. It worked great! It turned the bar code into a vector image, which showed up correctly when importing the file to PDF. Thanks again!
