Exporting illustrator vector graphics to other applications

Can some one tell me the best way to export Illustrator vector graphics so the can be used in Power Point Word etc? I would also like to know how to export the eps into Photoshop. I thought I was doing it properly but when I drop the exported image into another program it is fuzzy and sometimes the color appears to change, the black looks muddy and the reds faded. Since we have a lot of our documents printed professionally I need to be sure the image is sharp and scalable. And if you are wondering I only created the graphics then it goes to marketing where the actual documents are created. Marketing uses word and Power Point only. I have created a few images in Photoshop that scale nicely but I would prefer to stay with Illustrator.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
