Exporting to EPS - Adobe Indesign Windows

I have created a composite of several photographs with text under each photo. I am sending this to a photo lab to have a large 20x24 photograph made. I exported the file as an EPS, but the lab said the resolution is just 72 dpi. How can I set the resolution to a higher DPI? Is there a better way of saving the file to give it a higher res? The lab wants it at 300 DPI. Thanks for any help you can provide....

What is the resolution of the photos, after scaling? eg: a 72 ppi image scaled to 40% produces a 180 ppi image on output.

The photos on the layout are 200 dpi.

If you started with 200 dpi and do not make the image smaller, as Scott indicates, then you won't make it to 300. The other question that comes to mind is why aren't you using photoshop to do this....it would probably be easier to handle and some print shops doing large photos will work with the psd format, rather than eps.....
