Exporting to PDF with bleed for print... - Macromedia Freehand

Hello, I have created an A3 poster in fh11 and have exported it as a PDF, but it doesn't seem to be keeping my bleed area. Is it possible to have a bleed area in a PDF??? Cheers...

If you are using the Export option then you will have to fake the bleed
by actually increasing the page size (you may want to add crop marks as
    well).

OR, if you have Distiller, you can print to a .ps file and in the page
setup increase the page size and include the cropmark, registration
marks, page info, etc. if wanted. Then Distill the .ps file to a PDF.
This way you don't have to mess with your actual doent size.
